Christmas Bucket Drive Report: 2009
We collected 1328 buckets filled with groceries during December 2009 and distributed to 26 Churches, N.G.O’s, Orphanages, Old aged homes and dedicated community upliftment organisations for those less fortunate throughout Johannesburg.
The contents in each bucket cost around R250.00; which adds up to R332 000.00 in monetary value for all the buckets received.
A heartfelt thank you to the BMC community for your generosity and making sure that many struggling families had a little less to worry about during the Christmas season.
