CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS
Conflict is a part of our daily lives. Disagreements happen every day, and we often feel the effects of conflict. In itself, conflict is a normal and healthy component of social relationships, resulting from perceived or real differences in values, goals or interests. The ability to manage conflict, when it arises, is an important means of dealing with underlying tensions, identifying gaps in information and improving the quality of decision-making. Join Rev Themba Mntambo on this journey of healing and growth.
